How we intend to tokenize real-world trade assets
End-to-end workflow (pilot in progress)
This is the target path for Africa–UAE FMCG flows: verification, documentation, optional data feeds, smart contracts, and a controlled listing—designed for VARA-aligned issuance in the UAE. Today we are in build on a prototype; timings below are illustrative, not a promise for every deal. See security for how we think about custody and data.
From physical cargo to an instrument
We focus first on FMCG inventory and receivables tied to real shipments—today one South Africa → UAE container in motion and a tokenization prototype, not a live marketplace of hundreds of issued tokens. The goal is VARA-aligned distribution in the UAE when legal and technical closing conditions are met.
Each future offering is expected to go through verification, documentation, and (where appropriate) on-chain references—not a generic “always on-chain everything” claim. When programs list on assets, disclosures will match that specific instrument. Qualified parties can start via investors and our FAQ.

Timeline
Per deal—depends on counsel, counterparties, and VARA path
Attestations
Third-party checks scoped per offering—not a fixed vendor count
5-Step Tokenization Process
From verification through listing, the intent is a documented trail suitable for diligence—some steps on-chain, some in regulated repositories, depending on the instrument. Nothing here implies every milestone is already live for the first pilot. Explore asset programs or reach the team via investors. Questions: FAQ.
Asset Verification
Physical & Legal Validation
Independent third-party verification of asset existence, condition, ownership, and legal compliance. All documentation is reviewed by certified appraisers and legal experts.

Legal Structure & Agreements
Creation of legal framework including Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formation, custody agreements, and investor protection mechanisms with regulatory compliance documentation.

Oracle Integration
Real-Time Data Feeds
Where it helps diligence, we connect logistics, pricing, or condition signals to on-chain or off-chain controls. The mix is chosen per instrument—this is not a claim that all feeds are live for the current prototype.

Public Availability
Final compliance review, investor onboarding where required, and a controlled listing only after offering documents are approved for that product—not a generic “go live” for the whole platform at once.

VARA-aligned issuance (target)
We design processes against the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) framework in Dubai. That is a target posture for distribution—not a claim that every product or entity is licensed today. Each instrument will ship with its own legal stack and disclosures. Context on programs: assets; introductions: investors.
Regulatory Compliance
VARA pathway
Workstreams are structured so each offering can map to applicable VARA requirements. We do not state blanket “VARA-approved” status for assets that have not closed and listed.
Legal Documentation
Comprehensive legal frameworks including SPV formation, custody agreements, and investor protection mechanisms.
Investor Protection
Robust investor protection measures including KYC/KYB verification, risk disclosures, and transparent reporting.
Technology Infrastructure
Blockchain Security
Architecture choices favor strong key management and separation of duties; exact custody stack is specified per offering and vendor—not marketed generically as live for all products.
Oracle Integration
Where useful, external data (e.g. logistics milestones) can anchor on-chain state. Scope and vendor are chosen per instrument—not implied as a fleet of twelve live oracle networks today.
Transparency Dashboard
Investors should receive reporting that matches the offering documents—dashboards grow as live instruments and data contracts exist, not ahead of them.
Transparency & Clarity
Critical milestones should be evidenced in ways investors can audit—on-chain where it adds real assurance, and in legal / operational records where that is the right tool.
Full Visibility
Complete audit trail from asset verification to token deployment with timestamped records
Blockchain Verified
All critical milestones recorded immutably on blockchain for permanent verification
Real-Time Updates
Automated notifications and dashboard updates throughout the tokenization process
Third-Party Validation
Independent checks where the instrument requires them—scoped, named, and disclosed for that deal
Document Access
Secure investor portal with access to all legal documents and audit reports
Performance Tracking
Performance reporting tied to the economics in the offering—not platform-wide marketing APRs
